It fits perfectly into the villa, summer resort area of the Konstancin Jeziorna Spa Park. The property and its unique location will delight people who love houses with an interesting history, who appreciate the value of its historic elements.

Villa Natemi is a two-storey villa with a usable area of 340 sqm with a large, private 98-sqm terrace, located on a beautiful forest plot of 3347 sqm.

Next to the residential villa you will find an additional building (107 sqm) that serves as a garage and utility rooms.

Decorated with semicircular arches, frescoes, and statues characteristic of the Neo-Renaissance style. In the garden of the villa, on the lower terrace, facing the facade of the building, we find a sculpture by Józef Gabowicz ,,Chłop z córeczką” known for his realistic busts and genre scenes. The tympanum above the recess is decorated with a fresco by Franciszek Ejsmond, a world-famous painter and co-founder of Zachęta. The painter, known mainly for hunting scenes, presented playing cupids here. It was here that the paintings of him and his son Stanisław were created. During World War I, the painter Ejsmond rented Villa Natemi from Duchess Ogińska, and it was during this time that Natemi was most often visited by the artistic cream of Warsaw.

History

The villa was probably built around 1905 at the request of Artur Antoni Oraczewski, its designer, who named it Eugenia in honor of his wife Eugenia née Wolff. In 1910, the villa was purchased by Bronisława Buchowiecky, Fr. Drucka-Lubecka, the property of which remained until 1926. Shortly after the First World War, the villa was bought by lawyer Aleksander Jackowski, brother of the eminent sculptor Stanisław Jackowski. It was then that the villa was named Maria. Finally, in 1930, the villa was bought by Eng. Railways Emil Landsberg with his wife Natalia and it was from the combination of their names that Willa received the name Natemi. Currently, the building is in private hands.
