The new year is not yet in full swing, and premium real estate experts are not idle. Last month, the Vilea Property Boutique team participated in the annual meeting to summarize the last year.

For sure, it was a significant time in the luxury and premium real estate market, full of surprising events, influencing the market situation. It also brought many new challenges. Despite the unpredictable situations, agents managed to meet their sales targets.

The results achieved exceeded the assumptions, and the actions and commitment were repeatedly recognized and rewarded by companies associated with the premium real estate market.

• This is the second time that Vilea Property Boutique has been recognized in the prestigious European Property Awards competition, receiving the main award, a badge of 5 stars, proving the highest quality of services provided in the Best Real Estate Agency Single Office Poland 2022-2023 category. The International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.

• Luxury real estate agency Vilea Property Boutique has also been nominated for a nomination the International Property Awards Europe – as one of 8 European real estate agencies selected from among those recognized as the best in their respective their countries. We will know the results later in the spring.

• Vilea Property Boutique has also been awarded by European Property Awards for their marketing activities, supporting the sales of the properties they offer

• Vilea Property Boutique received a nomination for Otodom’s 2022 Real Estate Leader Award, placing them among the Top 10 real estate agencies in the Mazovia region. The final results will have to wait until the competition is over.

In 2022, the Vilea team celebrated the opening of a new office in Downtown, at Piękna 11A Street.

The Vilea Team has also gained new faces. Their ranks have joined Development Director and Marketing Department may spreads its wings under the guidance of the new Marketing Director.
